The 1916 Apple “8” Touring Car had an MSRP of $1,150. It was initially shown at the Dayton Automobile show in 1915. It had 44 HP from its eight cylinder engine. The company had a very short life, from 1915 to 1917.

W.A. Apple was one of the Apple brothers from the Apple Electric Company, who made batteries in Dayton in 1908.
